Since 2004, The Spa Shop has been a family owned business that strives in customer service. We opened our retail center after running a successful water treatment business. We carry Master Spas Hot tubs/Spas, equipment for Swimming Pools, such as heaters, filtration systems, pumps, automatic cleaners and chemicals to maintain water quality.

 

From Pool and Hot Tub sales to One-on-One Chemical Training, we are here to service all your needs.  Our service trucks run 5-days a week, we will do our best to work around your schedule.

Called late in the day after 2 days of non-working hot tub. The owner came out himself and temporarily repaired the tub so it wouldn't freeze and will order parts to fix the other issues. He left after 6pm.
That's how you run a service business.....but as a fellow business owner I wished I had called earlier so his day hadn't been lengthened.
Won't ever use another spa repair service. These people do it right.
